Our puree products come from 100% fully riped whole fruits without artificial preservatives, stabilizers and additives. Sweetened fruit purees are good for our body, especially if used as a daily fruit juice drink and taken in moderation.

Yellow Mango Purée
(Mangifera indica Linn.)
Mango is widely cultivated in warm regions for its delicious fruit,
sometimes called the "peach of the tropics". The fruit is usually oval
or egg - shaped of about 3 inches (approx. 7.5 cm. ) in diameter and
5 inches (approximately 12.5 cm.) in length, with a thin, smooth skin that
may be green, reddish, orange or yellowish when ripe. The single large,
flat seed is fibrous and attached to the juicy pulp. It has a sweet,
aromatic, peach-like flavor.
Mango is highly nutritious fruit and is a rich source of Vitamin C when
green and becomes full of Vitamin A when ripe. |

Green Mango Purée

Guava Purée
(Psidium guava Linn.)
Guava fruits are rounded, oval or pear- shaped. They are
sometimes 2-4 inches long, and have 4 or 5 potruding floral
remnants (sepals) at the apex. The flesh is soft when ripe,
white, pink, yellow, or red in color and contains numerous
seeds. The fruit has a strong characteristic aroma with
sweet / sour flavor. Guavas are low in fat and calories.
Guava is a great fruit because it contains key nutrients:
vitamin C, carotenoids, potassium, fiber, calcium and iron. |

Pineapple Purée
(Ananas comosus)
Pineapple is a tropical plant chiefly cultivated in plantation
for its large oval fruit. The mature fruit which ripens 5 to 6 months
after flowering, resembles the rough - textured cones of the pine tree.
It may grow to length of almost 1 foot (30 cm.) and may weigh 1
to 20 pounds ( 0.5 to 10 kg.) The fruit has a course scheme and fibrous
central core, both of which are discarded, leaving a large, juicy,
sweet fruit. The pineapple is rich in sugar and in Vitamin A, C & B1 (Thiamine).

Banana Purée
(Musa sapientum Linn.)
Banana is one of the best known fruits throughout the world.
The variety grown in the Philippines for the export market is the
"Cavendish".This cylindrical fruit have tough outer peels which
turn yellow upon ripening. The edible portion is cremy white in
color. When fully ripened, the fruit contains as much as 22%
carbohydrates, mainly sugar. It is high in ash and a good source of
several vitamins.

Dalandan Purée

Dalandan fruits are usually green-skinned with bright yellow to orange - colored flesh.
They are normally juicy, but also contain a large number of seeds and can sometimes be somewhat sour.

Calamansi Purée
(Citrus mutis blanco)
Calamansi is a tropical citrus fruit also known as Philippine
Lime or Kalamondin. The interior of the fruit has tiny yellow pulp
bits which is very acidic in taste. Calamansi is very rich in Vitamin C.

Papaya Purée
(Carica papaya Linn.)
Papaya fruit is oblong to roundish and becomes yellowish orange when ripe.
It may grow up to 20 inches ( 50 cm.) long and weigh as much as 10 pounds
(5 kg). It has a thick rind, fleshy pulp, many small black seeds and
slightly sweet musky taste. The color of the flesh varies from yellow-orange
to bright orange and red orange. The fruit is an excellent source of Vitamin
C and contains Vitamin A and B. |

Passion Fruit Purée
(Passiflora edulis Sims.)
Passionfruit or water lemon, is a large egg-shaped or ellipsoid berry.
It has a diameter of about 2 inches and turns from green to yellow
or purple when mature. The fruit has a brittle shell which is filled
with numerous small seeds surrounded by gelatinous, yellowish, aromatic pulp and juice.

Merchandise can be stored at ambient temperature of not more than 28.0 degrees
Celsius, but preferably at 20.0 degrees Celsius (68.0 degrees F) or below.
